PU Prime will be upgrading its PU Social App from 7 December 2024 06:00 hrs. (GMT+2) to 8 December 2024 20:00 hrs. (GMT+2).

During this period, the following functionalities will be unavailable in PU Social App:

  • Logging in.
  • Connecting accounts.
  • Modifying personal information.
  • Initiating or providing copy trades.
  • Adjusting order settings.

Important Information:

  • Deposits and withdrawals will remain available through the Client Portal.
  • Clients can still login to their MT4/MT5 account to manage their order during trading hours via:
    • PU Prime App.
    • MT4/MT5 App.
    • MT4/MT5 Terminal.
    • MT4/MT5 Web Trader.
  • Existing settings, such as personal details, passwords, and performance fees will remain unchanged.

PU Social App will resume operations on 8 December 2024, 20:00 hrs. (GMT+2).
